How do I get customer number or customer password for my CallYa simcard?

Hello,

I'm trying to add / link my phone number to MeinVodafone, and it asks for Customer Password or Participant password, which I never had, since its a Prepaid card.

Can someone help me with how I can add this information to my online Meinvodafone account?

Hello GauthamR,

Prepaid cards also have a customer password.

I suggest that you change your password once. You can do that with this form: https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/265.pdf

Once the change is done, you will get an SMS and then you can add your number in MyVodafone.
