Recently, I purchased a CallYa prepaid SIM online. I would like to add it to my Vodafone account, but unfortunately, I do not know the account password associated with it.
Additionally, I have lost the PDF file containing my eSIM profile, and I now need to transfer the eSIM to a new mobile phone. Could you please assist me in recovering the eSIM profile or issuing a new one, and guide me through the process of linking the prepaid SIM to my Vodafone account?

Hi @HUAN,
For integrating the SIM card into your MeinVodafone account you need the customer password. It's the same password you set as you ordered your eSIM profile in VF website.
The customer password is important because you also need it to verify as the mobile phone number owner when you get in contact with VF.
This password is not to be confused with your internet password.
You should have get several emails regarding the eSIM. Please have a look at your email account to that emails.
Otherwise you should get in contact with the customer service via CallYa WhatsApp chat.

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
