Customer Password for CallYa Allnet Flat M

Hallo Team,

I took a new sim card on March 1st. I need to register/login to MeinVodafone app. To add this prepaid CallYa number I need customer password. I don't know that. I also didn't get the password when I took the connection. I'm sorry I don't know German to go to shop and explain this. 

Could you please help me find or reset the password? How to do?

I contacted the customer care and luckily got connected to a lady who speak English. She resolved my issue. Please feel free to close this thread.  Its now resolved.
