CallYa account ballance disappeared

I've topped up my CallYa balance with 50 Euro, it had to be enough for 5 months, but today i've found that my balance is 0.
I've tried to define why it happened so, but it's not that easy, everywhere is 'Toby' helper, which doesn't seem to be helpful.
So how can i define, why my account balance became 0? Any billing details?

My tarrif is 'CallYa Allnet Flat S': 9.99 Euro per 28 days

And you didn't call any Non-German numbers?

Or have used some "suspicious" websites that may automatically try to scam you by silently installing unwanted payments?

Well, i travelled by bus from Germany to Italy through Lichtenstein, Austria (i was using Internet during the trip), but this shouldn't be a problem.
Also i made a phone call to Italian number while i was in Italy, but this also shouldn't be a problem.

yeah this happened and is still happening to me too. I am a lazy person, so i charge 10EUR every time before they take money from me for the month. However vodafone germany seems to have an easy to hack software handling prepaid users, like us. It might well be an attack. This requires, however a silent allowance coming from Vodafone's very poor structure as a company. This is only my guess.

Ok let me get back, this is still happening to me and I called Vodafone, without of course no information gain.
