Sorry for speaking in english but I can't activate my CallYa SIM

I don't have a Postident QR code and I can't find anywhere a way to get it!

From where you got your SIM-card? From the Vodafone website or from a Vodafone store?

did the activation work in the meantime? You can also enter your data online: https://www.vodafone.de/cy-reg/?icmp=mobilfunk_mdd_callya_sim-karte_aktivieren

Then you select "Legitimation in a post office": Only then do you get the code.
