sorry for English, but I think it's more understandable then my German with google translate 🙂

 

I have subscribed yesterday for Red M with eSIM. I have received the email about my new eSIM, but I don't see the Activation code and ePin in my Vodafone account.

Have I done something wrong? Could someone help with the problem?

I have received the mail with eSIM qr code and activation code. It took 12 days after I signed the contract. Communication might be clearer -- when it is written that "soon you will receive the eSIM" does not mean that "you need to wait a couple of weeks until you receive a paper mail".

I'm sorry that this has taken so long.

Normally this should be almost instantanious till you see your qr-code within the app.
