Hi everyone, I recently saw found out by accident that I have been billed 34,99 monthly in bank account since years by Vodafone with a Kundennummer that doesn't belong to me. In the meantime, my normal contract subscription is also being billed-for which I am aware of because I see the Rechnungen. I asked the Vodafone help center to sent me that Contract and rechnungen and tell me to which number it belongs, they gave me 2 phone numbers that I have never seen and even though they said they will sent me the contract, I am still waiting.
