I have been a customer of Vodafone since 2017.
Beginning of June I have upgraded my mobile phone contract. Since then I was charged with a subscription 'Sisterhood' via mobile payment. Called Vodafone hotline twice but it is still unresolved, when the subscription is obviously problematic.
Reasons are:
- In 'Mobile payment' under 'My invoices', it is stated that I don't have any subscription in May, Jun, Jul till now. I attached a screenshot for reference.
- I didn't even activate Mobile Payment in my IPhone
- I check my subscription in Apple Store (as advised by Vodafone staff) and there is no new subscription.
I urge Vodafone to contact me to block this subscription & refund me IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I will file a complain to the Budesnetzagentur by next Friday (28 Jul)
