How can I cancel my contract when support is not helping

I've recently moved out of Germany and I'm trying to get in touch with Vodafone but all I'm met with is support hanging up or Tobi which is the worst AI I've ever seen.

Can I please get in touch with a REAL human to cancel my contract. I can provide abmeldung and contract number in dms.

I've tried their whatsapp, it's useless, their TOBI AI thing is completely useless and doesn't understand simple sentences.

Use keywords like „Kundenberater“ or „Vertrag“ repeatedly until the bot gives up and forwards you to a human.
