Help with contract cancelation

Hello, sorry I don't know German and I need help.

 

As a new customer I have ordered an iPhone 13 pro + Young L tariff on 12.12.2021. Then I got a confirmation email and I have been told that my phone will be delivered on 21.12. 

Then after some days, I received another email regarding 1 week of delays in my delivery. Today, again I received another email that says I should wait at least until the 24th of January!!

 

We all know Vodafone has issues on delivering the iPhone 13 orders and it's strange that they still accept new orders and promise they will deliver the phone in a couple of weeks.

Now I want to cancel my order but I can't login to https://www.vodafone.de/retoure/login portal. It always says "Entschuldigung, da ist was schiefgelaufen."

I have tried to login into the portal 1 week ago and it didn't work either.

 

Also, I went to the customer service shop and they didn't help me. They just said I should call Vodafone but unfortunately, the customer service is only in German and I don't know what should I do to be connected to the operator.

Could someone please help me on fixing the Retouren-Portal login issue and cancel the order?

I have now used the link for the returns portal and it worked without any problems.

Thanks for your response. 

I have tried with 3 different browsers and also using different internet connections.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for my account!

Do you have any ideas about what can I do to fix that?

I tried it now and it worked finally.

So I requested to cancel the contract. Now it says I should return the phone!! 

What is the process now? Should I wait to receive the phone and then return it back?!

 

I want to buy the phone from other stores but now I'm afraid Vodafone doesn't accept my cancellation request and then I will have two phones Smiley (gleichgültig)

 

How can I make sure it has been canceled? @HeikeF Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Sar,

 

you have confirmation here that the revocation has been accepted.

 

If the smartphone arrives by mistake, simply refuse to accept it or send it back to us at our expense. Then we will cancel everything anyway.

Sorry for my late response. I forgot to mention that I received the phone a day after I canceled the order! So there was no delay anymore and I was happy with it.

The member of the Vodafone shop where I received the phone told me I can keep the phone and if I don't send it back my order won't be canceled. So I kept it and I revoke my cancelation request.
