I forgot to enter my customer number into my sent payment and though I called and tried to clarify I have now received a late fee, I have proof of payment, how do I send it in?

On the phone you speak with external call centers with limited knowledge and authority but with a strong sense of selling. For support in English use WhatsApp, there you can reach real VF employees. From the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Answers will then take time, that is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
