I bought a prepaid sim card at a store. However the phone number written on the package is somehow incorrect. The written phone number is different from the actual phone number. My number appeared on others' history differently and I caanot get a call or a message with the written number. Because of this, I failed several times to get a verification code for Mein Vodafone and I am still not able to log in.

Hi @MinJin,
When you wrote "store" you mean a Vodafone store? If so did you go back to ask for correction?
I guess the SIM-card with the wrong number (written on the package) has been activated in the store? Then it should be possible to correct that there.
Otherwise you can try to register the SIM-card with the other number on this website.
