newly activated contract without a router

About two weeks ago, I placed an order for a router over the phone. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates on its status. Consequently, I find myself with an activated internet connection but without the necessary router. I am considering making an online order as an alternative. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

after the call vodafone should have sent a document 2 your emailaddress.

did u receive it?

AND

did u confirm it??

otherwise u won't get a router and so on
