address change after cancellation

Hi there,

I cancelled my contract as I moved to a new flat with internet contract included, but I was wondering if I can still request an address change for the last months of the cancellation period, and if it's possible to change from cable to DSL for those months until end of cancellation period?

Hello Mirjam,

what exactly do you want? Can you use the connection at the new address or is it available? Have you reported a move or simply given notice? In any case, a change of technology (DSL) is not possible for the remaining term. That would be a new contract with new terms and new technology, which is not possible.

Hey Mirjam,

you can switch to DSL with a new contract period of 24 month. For the remainder cable period it is not possible. Sorry.
