Wifi connected but "no internet connection"

I have cable WIFI of which I have followed the instructions to install. WIFI is showing but no internet, says no Connection. Sadly my german skills arent very good and I cannot get through to speak to an opperator, I need a technician to come and have a look. Can someone please get back to me, and I can sort this ??
