Vodafone router WIFI internet issue

Hello,

I've taken Vodafone WIFI internet contract from Vodafone. It has been 12 days since the contract started but till date the router's internet light blinks red. I booked an appointment for Technician who was originally scheduled to come today but I just received a message saying the appointment is rescheduled 2 days later now. I have tried customer care and facebook messenger. But they all shut me up saying please refer to the appointment date and time. But is there any mechanism to esclate this matter. The fact that rescheduling an appointment is done without informing me is a concern for me. I don't want any further delays. Please let me know.

sorry for the late reply :/. Rescheduling the set appointment for your installation isn't nice. Please tell us your ZIP code first.
