Vodafone cable Contract ended - Return slip to send hardware

Dear Team, 

My previous contract ended with Vodafone and i need to return the hardware(pending for sometime now).

I have already spoken to the vodafone representatives over phone twice requesting to send DHL return slips, they confirmed to send it by post but its been one month already and i havent received it.

Unless, I have a return slip i cant paste it over box and sent it immediately.

There is no return slip - you have to pay for the postage on your own...
