Hi....I recieved today a message from Vodafone that, install the router within 5 days. But I have not received any Router on my address, nor I have received any message about the delivery of the device. How can I track my order?

At the turn of the month August/September there was restructuring in the logistics area at Vodafone. The devices have only been sent out again since this week. On the day the package arrives, you will receive an email with the tracking code very early in the morning.

don't worry, your router will be sent to you. Unfortunately, there are delays in delivery at the moment. As soon as the router arrives, simply plug it in.
