Vodafone Kabel: Not Activated

Hi,

 

I have made a new vodafone kabel contract 3 days ago but it is not yet activated. I need it urgently for my home office. Please help.

Thank you for your responses.

I had called the customer care and was told that the connection is not activated and it will take a couple of days to activate it. That's why I created this thread thinking it might help speeding up the process.

I called again later same day to customer care and luckily the guy on the other end spoke English, he activated the connection for me on the call itself.

 

I am assuming there were some communication gap in the first call because of my broken German.
