Currently i moved from my old apartment to new one and asked vodafone to move my service fron old one to new one (which was a nightmare). Anyway they had to change it from DSL to Kabel after 2 weeks i got two Kabel routers which means they made two contract for one address(well done).I spoke with support and they said that they fixed problem and i have to send back one of the routers and i did it, They confirmed that they got that router and after 2 days i got an email that they dont know why i sent that router back. I really don't know how should i explain to them. I already talked to them more than 10 times, And it seems they can't or they don't wanna fix my issue. Right now i got new document in my profile :

Im really confused. I have another document that said i can send my request here and english speaking employees at https://forum.vodafone.de can fix my issue.

I forgot to say i have my service right now and i use it, the problem is i don't wanna pay for 2 contracts. and meine vodafone doesn't show me my bills or my contract information, And vodafone sending me an emails non stop which is annoying.
