Hello.
I contacted the support numbers, but since my german is still not very good, I wasn't able to properly explain my situation nor to understand the other person's explanation through a call.
The delivery of my router was unsuccessful. I checked the the status on the DHL website and it is being returned to the sender. It was due to missing name label on the doorbell. I wasn't aware of this, but I am now, and corrected it.
What can I do for you to send me the router a second time?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
