Returned router but no confirmation on the site

Hi,

My contract has ended and I returned the cable router shortly afterwards (I used the original DHL Retoure label). According to the DHL site the package has been delivered on the 13.02.2021, but in my Vodafone profile, I can still see: 

Rücksendung bis spätestens: 18.02.2021

Status: offen

The tracking info at https://kabel.vodafone.de/retoure looks a bit weird showing that my package has been delivered twice, once in 2020 (which doesn't make any sense) and once on 13.02.2021. The tracking status on the DHL site looks correct though. You can see screenshots of both sites in the attachments.

Can somebody help me with that issue?

that is really curious. Currently, I can't see any hardware arriving either.
