Return Slip

My contract ended last week and I want to send the box but I did not receive the return slip. Once of the customer care informed I will receive once the contract ends but today I called again the they said I need to pay by myself. That does not make any sense. Would you please help me with it and send me the return slip.

If you no longer have the old return slip, you have to pay for the return yourself.

I never had an old return slip/received a return slip while I received the box. It was just the box and the contract.

If you are a Vodafone customer, there is no new return slip. Or are you a Unitymedia customer?

Then you have to send in your own expenses - as it is stated in your contract.
