Hi team,
I believe as per my internet plan , the current promotion period with monthly rentals of 19.99 Euro is ending soon in 1-2 Months.
Can you please help me with the following:
1) Please switch to a plan Red Internet & Phone 5 0 Cable once the promotion period ends
2) Are there any additional charges for the tariff switch.

HI @Thomas ,
As per the information given by you , change to lower tarriff Red Cable 50 should take place from March 10 2021.
But when i checked the invoice for Mar 2021 , its still charging for a higher tariff for Red Cable 1000.
Also i did not get any confirmation about the change.
Can you please check and help me here.

Hi Fijo_Francis,
the tariff change letter was sent on March 10 via e-mail and the change itself took place on this date. You also can see your new tariff in you customer portal.
The invoice was created before the change, that's why the whole March is billed with the higher tariff. In the next invoice for April you can see the correction.
