Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable to CableMax 1000

Hi, new here have a dilemma with the cablemax offer.

Why can't I switch from Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable to the new CableMax 1000

the only option I have is to switch to Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, which is not the same price as CableMax1000. Is CableMax just for select users? Or is it not compatible with Gigacombi thing, don't get it. 

1000 for 39.99 sounds great.

which German state do you come from? How long has your contract been running, longer than 24 months?

But that's the date I changed tariffs last time.

Since your contract has a minimum term of 24 months and a monthly price of €44.99, you can only initiate a price downgrade at the end of the minimum term. However, since the Cable Max 1000 tariff is only available until May 9th, 2022, you can no longer book the tariff when the term ends.
What you can do: Submit a cancellation and then try to switch to the Cable Max 1000 via the customer recovery route (note: only available via hotline and in German!), that should work.
