Hello!
I have a problem, similar to the one described in this thread: Problems in activating cable Internet connection---No Internet with the Cable-box blinking red.
I have ordered service, received the router, connected it via TV socket, but it just blinks red and is not working. I think that I need a help of technician to make it work. Also: I live in Weimar.
