Hello,
I would need help regarding the Unitymedia contract cancellation.
I had Unitymedia (Internet & Telephone contract) for years however I moved to a new city where Unitymedia doesn´t operate. I talked to your representative who supported me to find an equivalent tariff from Vodafone. He cancelled Unitymedia contract for me and set up a new contract with Vodafone.
Since I moved I received a letter and several emails saying that my telephone contract cannot be cancelled due to some missing information. I filled in the sent online form and nevertheless now received again the same information.
I tried to get in touch with your Customer service via the phone to help me as I don´t understand what I need to do now however I was told that if I need an answer in English the only thing I can do it write here.
Can you please advise me how to get it solved.
