No internet.. Red light blinking

Hello,

I've a problem that No internet and the internet red light at the router is blinking.

I tried to contact the hot lone many many times and I couldn't reach someone to solve the problem.

 Ich habe das Problem, dass kein Internet vorhanden ist und die rote Internetleuchte am Router blinkt.

 Ich habe viele Male versucht, den Hot-Lone zu kontaktieren, aber ich konnte niemanden erreichen, der das Problem lösen konnte.
