Hi,
I have just moved into a new apartment and I ordered cable internet for moving in. I didn't realise until now that the apartment does not have a cable connection -- there are coax cables in the walls ready I think to be used if connections are installed on them, but now also Vodafone's own website says only DSL internet is available at my address.
My German is not really good enough to contact via phonelines...is it possible for a technician to review my situation and if cable really isn't available, can I switch my contract to DSL internet?

A technician has today come out and fixed the issue.

If cable internet is not available, the order will be canceled. You then have to place a new order for a DSL connection. Please wait until either a technician reports, who then determines this on site, or you receive information about the cancellation of the order.
