No Internet - DOCSIS offline

Dear Vodafone team,

 

Hi. I've tried to install the router (Vodafone station - Wifi 6) in my house.

However, there has been an issue with DOCSIS offline - no internet for a month.

 

I've checked it with technicians, IT team members of my house and

they figured out that the cable (should be installed by vodafone) is not connected in the installation room.

 

In addition, I found that my contract started from 22nd March even though I never used the internet yet !!

Could you check this problem and let me know how to resolve it ASAP.

 

For your referenc, I live in Karlsruhe (BW) and my postal code is 76187.
