Dear community,
since three days I have no internet access and I had three tickets to solve the issue but nothing is moving on. I had to pay for Homespot to keep my job run. Service told me two times that problem fixed but still have no connection.
I really started to thinking about switching to Telekom.
That's really bad experience with Vodafone.

Hello Melihto,
does the outage still persist? If you have a Vodafone Kabel Deutschland access you may send me a private message with your customer number, the name and birth date of the contract owner and the full address. Leave a short reply in this thread afterwards.
