My cable internet connection is set up in the middle of December 2022. I was using the internet since then with no problems. Suddenly today, at around 11 am, internet was disrupted. Wifi working, LAN connections are working (I can access other devices connected to my LAN) however my cable modem configuration says "Docsis Offline". No internet.
I have tried to power off the router, wait 3 mins, power on, disconnect both ends of the internet cable, reconnect etc. Nothing works.
I have also contacted Vodafone by phone and I have a ticket/order (xxxxxxxx). As far as I can see, there are no updates on it since 12 pm today noon. The disruption affects my daily work because I'm working from home. I really need urgent help on this. Thank you!
