Moving, address change, no connection

Hello

I filled out Vodafone’s online form to request the internet connection move to my new address.
Vodafone never emailed me a confirmation.

It’s been 2 weeks. I am in the new building today.

Can someone please help me get connected?

please try again and use our moving service. Have you been logged into the customer portal, where you tried it?

Yes I was logged into my account in the portal. I did this process (same page as the link you provided) three times over one month. No email was sent to me. I made a phone appointment online for vodafone to call my husband at 12:00 today and me at 17:30, no service reprsentative called ither of us back.

 

I have followed the link you gave and entered the request a a fourth time. Waited 3 hours, no email yet

Yes I called last week. Vodafone service hung up on me.

Last year I was hung up on four times. (Twice after waiting on hold for +90 mins.)

Phone service tells English speakers to come here to the forum to get customer service.

I called today. First voda tech was ok with my German and he recorded my new address. Second tech was going to set up the new service immediately hung up on me. I spoke German to her but she still hung up.

So Nancy, you are the only help Vodafone is giving me.

Can you have the company connect my service at a new address?
