Hello
I filled out Vodafone’s online form to request the internet connection move to my new address.
Vodafone never emailed me a confirmation.
It’s been 2 weeks. I am in the new building today.
Can someone please help me get connected?

Meanwhile you had contact with our customer service. Unfortunately we can't provide you with cable internet at the new address and the contract will be cancelled.

Yes I was logged into my account in the portal. I did this process (same page as the link you provided) three times over one month. No email was sent to me. I made a phone appointment online for vodafone to call my husband at 12:00 today and me at 17:30, no service reprsentative called ither of us back.
I have followed the link you gave and entered the request a a fourth time. Waited 3 hours, no email yet
