Hi there!
Situation is following.
Recenlty moved to another address, told Vodafone that i'm moving.
Support sayd no problems.
Moved, connected router, all went well.
Today in middle of working day internet disconnected.
Called support, after 15m of waiting, I explained situation, guy said "alles gut" and dropt phone. (Service quality 5+ lol) 😄
After second call to support, i got told that today is planned my "transafer" and it can last up to 48 hours?
Is that is joke? I got disconnected perfectly working internet, so i need to wait 48h so it can be connected againg?
Also i did not received any notification about this deisconnection.

welcome to our community.
Usually it does not take 48 hours until the connection is working again. Is everything okay again now?
