Hello,
I terminated the contract as I moved to abroad.
Completed all formalities in June 2020 ,also I paid the extra amount for 3 months without using the connection as per contract .
Still I got deduction.But I already disconnected it from June 1st .
I think these are extra deductions from your side.
I kindly requesting you to check regarding this and provide me the refund of unnecessary deductions.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

What kind of contract are we talking about here? Cellular, DSL or cable internet?
The special right of termination due to relocation abroad applies exclusively to DSL and cable Internet. Mobile telephony can still be used, the conditions for this were recognized when the contract was signed. In addition, the termination for a cellular connection must of course be addressed to the right company, which cannot be processed by DSL or one of the two cable companies.

in case of moving to an unserved area, the contract will be terminated with a notice period of 3 months. The period starts from the day of the notification or from the day of the move. When exactly did you move?
