I have problem with home internet (cable) for almost 1 month and I want to know how I can ask for money return.

Did you already notify Vodafone about the issue and what was the answer?

Has there even been a technician visiting you?

If you haven't notified Vodafone yet, there won't be any money returned to you as it would've been your obligation to notify Vodafone in time.
