Kabel modem lost with DHL

Hallo.

Last week I ordered new Kabel service online. I asked that the modem be shipped to a nearby DHL Packstation; it was shipped out later last week and as of today it has been redirected/lost/missplaced 4 times. Can I simply request a new modem be shipped out to me? Thanks.
