Kabel Contract Wrongly Cancelled

Hi there, I just received an email from Vodafone that confirming my request to. cancel my Kabel contract. The only problem is that I did not cancel my contract! I would still like to have Internet. 🙂 How can I revoke this cancellation?

Hi Grit, I have not canceled any option or made any requests, especially since I would have needed to send a written notice and I haven't done anything related to Vodafone recently. I'm in Berlin.

I gladly looked up for you, how it came to the cancellation confirmation. According to the system, you have ordered this by phone. Maybe there was a misunderstanding? If you do not want the cancellation, I can take it out again.

Thank you @Anett for looking into this. I have not called up Vodafone at all so I really am confused to have been notified my contract is cancelled. I do think maybe someone else did and there was a mix-up of details. Nevertheless, it's a small issue as long as we can rectify this. Could you please help to take out the cancellation? I obviously would still love to stay as a customer.
