Invoices older than 13 months

I would need to get the invoices for 2020 (from January to October) which are no longer accessible from the private customer area of the Vodafone website.

Would you be so kind to send them to me please?

If you did not download the invoices in a timely manner, you can now only receive paid copies. € 5 is charged for each duplicate invoice.

Are you 100%  sure about what you've just stated?

By looking up for existing threads within the Vodafone Forum, I read that some people asked for the same thing and people from Vodafone Staff provided them with the required service, apparently free of charge.

No, I made a mistake with the price, there are € 2.50 per invoice copy including shipping. See the current price list from Vodafone Germany, page 2.
