Hello Team,

 

I have Vodafon contract, and month deduction is 39.99€, and for month of Febuary I received the invoce and showing 34.83€, and also deducted the 64,98€ from my account, so could you please tell me why you deducted 64,98€ from my account? I didnot received any email for that or invoice.

I have sent you an activation code by e-mail.

 

You have two contracts under the customer number:

 

Internet & Phone

GigaTV

 

The higher amount is for the TV contract. You have returned the box. Unfortunately, this is not sufficient for a revocation. You would have had to revoke the contract either by phone or in writing.

But the activation code is not correct, some thing is missing in that. In portal there are 5 box but you sent me only 3 box letters code,

you can cancel via the contact form. We cannot accept it here.

 

What date do you mean? You have had the internet contract since 2018.

Hello,

I have two contracts 1) is DSL which I took in 2018 and 2) I took Giga TV box last month (8 feb),  But Giga TV box router I sent you back same day (8 feb) bcoy there is not WIFI and I can't conect to internet to other devices, but I didnot cancel the contract by mistakly, bocz I dont know the procedure and I tried to call back that no when I got a call from vodafone. So please help and tell me the procuder to cancel the Giga TV box contract, I want my DSL contract. Only Giga TV Box contract I need to cancel.

Where I will get contrct form?

Please tell me what should I do.

Hello Amol03,

 

somehow you have not understood us. You can only cancel the contract in the normal way via the contact form. You did not revoke it in time, so it cannot be terminated immediately. You also don't have a DSL contract, but a cable contract. You can find all the documents for the contracts in your customer portal.

 

You asked the question in your last answer: "For Phone I need to book appoinment? Please tell me the procedure."

I can't do anything with that, what do you mean, what date?
