Dear Ladies and Gentelman,
For two years I am a Vodafone customer and since the beginning I keep having the same problems. It is that I have Internet Interruption and very high Ping. A technian was at my home and changed the cable socket and I have received a new Router. Before one year I was told that new cables will be layed. It is very difficult to play Online Games and very frustriating. Is there anything we can do ?

I am sorry that you are having problems with your connection. Please contact our social media channels ( Facebook PM vod.af/FB-Service or Twitter DM vod.af/vfservice ) so that they can check your modem and the network behind it. You are welcome to send a latency test on which you can see the ping spikes.
