Impossible to request invoice

Hello everyone,

I am finding it very hard to reach any English speaking person on the phone. Most of them just hangup even though they do speak English. Such a mess...

Anyways, I am trying to request 2 Kabel invoices from January and February 2020.

Can someone help me with this?  Thanks in advance.
