How to downgrade tariff

Hi,

I'm currently using Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable which I got from corporate benefits. Yesterday I received an email reminding me that I can chose to free downgrade since 6 month period is approaching by directly contacting Vodafone support. I tried but couldn't get to any English speaking staff. I also looked in my portal but the option to downgrade wasn't there.

 

My questions are:

  1. What are the downgrade options available to me in terms of both speed and costs?
  2. How can I downgrade if I chose to?

please have a look at your order confirmation, there you will find your switching options with the corresponding conditions in the contract details. I will be happy to help you with the changeover. Just send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address via private message and which tariff you want.

 

Then report back here in the thread.

I don't want to sound pushy however I think I have a limited window to make the change. I would really appreciate if some one can help me in this.

All change options are in your order confirmation including the associated prices for the remaining term. Just make sure that any online credit that may have been granted is no longer available if you change tariffs.
If you want to make the change, you can do this via customer service, either here or on any other channel (hotline, contact form in the online customer center or the social media channels on Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp).

I don't see any change options along with the associated costs in the order confirmation. I do have a doc explaining what will be the charges for first 6 months and on wards and how I will receive the bonus as cash back after 3-4 months of the contract etc etc. I distinctly remember there was an option when ordering that I have a hoice of frelly downgrading after 6 months and I also received the email reminding me to do it if I want.

 

As for changing it, I looked at the online contact form but after answering all the questions it redirects me to call the customer service.
