I received an email from vodafone yesterday in regards to my new contract, and I want to confirm that vodafone will still validate the aklamio referral.
The refer a friend will be confirmed in currently 12 weeks, I can tell you from my own experience. Unfortunately, the mods have no influence on this because these processes cannot be influenced by them.
in your post you mention a new contract. If a new contract was signed there also needs to be a new reward registered. I would like to have a closer look into your case.
