Hi there,
I've been trying to get english speaking support for moving my contract, since the page available for this is constantly under maintenance.
I'll move to my new apartment on the 1st of July and need to get this sorted as soon as possible.
Please, if you can support or give any tips, that'd be awesome. It's getting really stressful!

Hi manuelarsp,
at the new address, you can unfortunately no longer use our connection. Therefore, the contract will be terminated with a notice period of 3 months. The period begins with the day of the move.

What do I need to do to confirm the cancellation?
And what happens to my cell phone number that is attached to this contract, will it be cancelled too, can't I keep it?

Hi manuelarsp,
you don't have to do anything more. We have already taken care of the cancellation and you will receive a confirmation with all details. This has nothing to do with your mobile contract. It remains completely unaffected and continues to run.

Hi Thomas,
I realised I typed in the wrong address. It's number 46, not 47. For this address I checked and apparently Vodafone is available.
Is it still possible to stop the cancellation, keep the contract and have it moved to my new place from the 1st of July?
My apologies for the confusion!
