Hello,
I have cancelled my contract on 2020 July. Still I am getting deduction from my account. One person from vodafone informed me that the contract cancelled on 2020 october, And he promissed that vodafone will reimburse the money deducted from me from November, I have not recieved any reimbursement from Vodafone. Vodafone is still stealing money from my account. This is not fair. Please address my concern Vodafone team. Last month you deducted 100 euros from bank account, I have not used vodafone connection from 2019 November
Please reimburse my money and stop deducting money from my account.

which German state do you come from? What kind of contract is it exactly? Have you received a confirmation of termination?

Sorry for the late reply. I thought I will receive a notification in email if I get a reply. Somehow I missed it.
I am currently living in Munich. I am mentioning about the account I was using it in Berlin. I have the router hardware with me. One of the vodafone service person informed me that the account is closed on October.

ok, then I guess that the cable router was charged and that's why the debit occurred now. Why did you not send it back?

Contact us about 1 week after the shipment here. If the receipt is visible in the system, I can refund the lump sum. The other payments have already been corrected. Therefore you have received money from us in February.
