Hello,

We are moving out to the new house. but i would like to keep my Vodafone contract and all current settings with me to the new address (already checked, Vodafone services present to the new address as well). I already requested the Vodafone team to arrange a call to understand the procedure and requirement. So far I have only received the contract termination confirmation but nothing else. Can someone from the Vodafone moderator team, help me to forward my request to the concerned team?

Can anyone please help here? Its urgent! I have to perform my job, but i cant because service is completely down and i did what i was recommended. But unfortunately it still not working.

I am a customer just like you and I have no access to your customer account. I deleted your PM unread.

Finally, i managed to restore the service. It was something to do with terminal power was down.
