Device return

I received a notification that I am supposed to return a "smart card" as part of the termination of my contract.

I never ordered a smart card nor do I have this item as part of my contract with Vodafone . Therefore I cannot return something I did not borrow. Can someone please help to remove this from my contract and file?

did you have a TV contract with us? Did you get a receiver or a CI+ module from us?
