Hello,
I recently bought a Kabel subscription at Vodafone. I did not receive the email with the Auftragsbestätigung, and I therefore cannot confirm my order. I tried calling the customer service, but I end up on a voicemail that speaks in German. I don't speak German, so I don't know how to contact the client service.
Is there a way to contact them via email?
