13.06 I bought for wife "Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable" on check24.de
Today she received an SMS
"Lieber Vodafone-Kunde, bei Ihnen ist kein Service-Termin nötig. Sie können unsere Geräte für Ihre Dienste ganz einfach selbst installieren. Diese werden Ihnen in den nächsten Tagen zugestellt.

first of all I can try to translate the SMS:

"Lieber Vodafone-Kunde, bei Ihnen ist kein Service-Termin nötig. Sie können unsere Geräte für Ihre Dienste ganz einfach selbst installieren. Diese werden Ihnen in den nächsten Tagen zugestellt.

Ihr Vodafone-Team"

"Dear Vodafone customer, a service appointment isn't necessary. You can install our customer premises equipment for your services by yourself easily. The customer premises equipment will be delivered in the next few days. Your Vodafone team"

To change date or way of delivery you need the tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via email to the email adress stated at the online order form by vodafone. Visit the website of the parcel service, mostly Vodafone uses DHL, and type the tracking number into the provided field, so you will see which possibilities to change date or way of delivery are provided, in example you could route the parcel with the customer premises equimpent to a parcel shop and the customer (or an authorized person who has an ID and a special form signated by the customer) can pick it up there.

If you don't receive the email with the tracking number or in case that the parcel service doesn't provide any possibility to change date or way of delivery the parcel will be delivered to a replacement receiver (in example a neighbour or security staff) or parcel shop where the customer can pick it up after her / his return to Wiesbaden.

In the next step the customer will have to install the customer premises equipment and test the booked services. But this is very self-explanatory in most cases, so I think that you won't need more information. But one little hint for the customer: After installing and plugging in the customer premises equipment wait some time (up to 24 hours). Sometimes it needs some times to get to customer specific configuration and perform some updates. When it doesn't start working properly after 24 hours plugged in the customer would have to report an issue.

Let's hope that the services will work without problems.

Today I received e-mail with pdf "Auftragsbestätigung Breitband" with customer number and order number.

 

Registered in MyVodafone indicating the contract. But still I can’t change the delivery date of the WLAN-Router.

 

Please help me to change the date or place of delivery.
